How the barn keeps your information

Who runs this site
The Stix Sports Barn in Plain City, Ohio, runs this site to book lessons, open gym, camps, and lane time. Pioneer AI & Data built it and keeps it running for the barn, and sees the information only to do that.
What the site keeps
- Your account: your name, email, and cell phone. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, the barn included.
- Your players: what you choose to add: name, year born, team, position, bats and throws, what they want to work on, notes for coaches (an injury or an allergy, say), and a photo.
- Bookings: what you sign up for or book, whether a player was there, and whether a lesson was marked paid.
- From coaches: the notes, numbers (pitch speed, for example), and photos a coach adds after a lesson.
- The waiver: the name you type to sign it, and when.
Nothing is paid through this site, so it never sees a card or bank number. Every photo is saved fresh when it is added, which strips the location and camera details a phone writes into a picture.
Who sees it
- You see everything on your own account.
- A coach your player has had a lesson with, or is booked or in line with, sees your name and phone, and that player's details, photo, and numbers. A coach never sees which other coaches your family books.
- The barn's owner sees all of it, to run the barn.
- Other families never see your name or your players. The public page and the barn TV show only what is booked and open, and the coaches.
The barn does not sell or share your information, and there are no ads or tracking on this site.
Messages, cookies, and the services behind the site
The site does not text or email you. News about your bookings comes to your inbox on the site. The site sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in and checks that a form really came from this site; Cloudflare may set its own to keep out automated traffic.
The site runs on a server at Google Cloud, with Cloudflare in front of it for speed and protection. Copies are made each night so nothing is lost, kept privately and deleted after 90 days. The page's lettering loads from Google Fonts. Those services see your device's internet address when you visit, as any website does.
Players under 18
Accounts are for parents, guardians, and adult players. A parent or guardian adds a younger player and decides what to share about them.
Changing or removing it
You can change your players' details, or take a player off your account, at any time from Your players. Their profile photo and numbers go with them; the notes and photos a coach left on past lessons stay with those lessons.
To close your account, ask the barn. Your sign-in stops and what you had coming up comes off the calendar. The barn keeps its record of your account, your players, and past lessons, so if you want your players' details gone too, take them off in Your players first.
Questions
